Train with our Model

1. Developing an Integrated Service System For the Productive Treatment of Persons with Mental Illnesses

This workshop is designed to introduce participants to the various complexities of, not only the system of care in which they are involved, but also how they do or should interact with other service systems. Participants will gain insight as to the invaluable aspects of agency integration, increased communication, collaboration and coordination of services across and throughout disparate service providers. Issues to be specifically discussed and developed:
  • To what extent does the program have in place policies and procedures designed to facilitate an integrated service system.

  • To what extent does the program have a mechanism in place, upon intake, to determine what other agencies may be necessary in order to facilitate a more integrated system?

  • To what extent should training be sought by program staff and administrators regarding other agencies and systems administration?

  • To what extent is there administrative support necessary to achieve an integrated service system?
